Tim Henry Jr. didn't just dream about playing professionally - he put in the work, grinded through the independent leagues, broke records, and built a coaching philosophy forged in real-game experience at every level.

After COVID ended his playing career, Tim returned back to NJ and channeled over a decade of college and professional experience into developing the next generation - as a Hitting Coach at the PRD Baseball Academy, and as the founder of Heart and Hustle Training, LLC.

Grew up in OT, NJ - playing everything from baseball to surfing. Built grit from day one.

Ithaca College

4-year varsity athlete for the Ithaca Bombers. In 2013, helped the team to a 41-8 record and an NCAA Division III College World Series semi-final appearance alongside Tim Locastro.

Pecos League Pro Ball

Six seasons of professional baseball. Top 10 all-time in Pecos League games, hits, AB, RBI and walks.

Brisbane, Australia

Took his game overseas, playing winter league in Brisbane, Australia - bringing elite-level experience to an international stage.

Back to NJ - Coaching

2020: became a full-time hitting coach for one of the top travel baseball academies in NJ and the country - @PRDBaseballAcademy - and founded Heart and Hustle Training LLC.
